JAY SCHRANKLER, Founder

Jay Schrankler is a former Fortune 100 senior executive and licensing expert with 40+ years specializing in patent and trademark licensing, technology commercialization, and strategic IP partnerships. His exceptional track record includes the structuring and launch of 172 startup companies, raising $1.1B+ in investments. As a former Business Unit  President at Honeywell, Jay managed $400M-$1.4B+ business units. Jay also managed university-based IP portfolios at University of Minnesota and University of Chicago and is the co-author of "Medical Innovation: Concept to Commercialization."

STEPHEN ULIK, Founder

Stephen Ulik is an executive with more than 30 years of global experience launching and scaling licensing platforms, forging strategic partnerships, and turning intellectual property into profitable new revenue streams. He's worked with iconic global brands including: PING Golf, Rheem, Honeywell, Sunbeam, Mr. Coffee, Coleman, Crock-Pot, and First Alert, to name a few.  His work spans brand extension licensing, partnerships, consumer engagement, and long-term brand monetization.

Known for his ability to spot opportunities early and execute quickly and effectively, Stephen has successfully negotiated hundreds of complex licensing and partnership agreements worldwide bringing in hundreds of millions in revenue. 

He is a University of Wisconsin graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt certified.  

In his free time he enjoys travel, playing golf and pickleball and spending time with his wife and family.
